The Graffiti Rebel of New York city, known affectionately as Turk 182, has millions of his fans cheering him on. Oscar winner Timothy Hutton plays Jimmy Lynch, an artist in Brooklyn with an older brother who is a fireman that he would do anything for. Jimmy's brother Terry, played by Robert Urich, is denied benefits for injuries he received while saving lives off duty. Jimmy starts taking on takes on the Big Apple City Halll in his brother's honor. Jimmy begins hitting Manhattan with a chain of pro style and classy graffiti that are all signed with Terry's nickname and his fireman badge number - Turk 182. The mayor, played brilliantly by Robert Culp, is absolutely livid at this high profile graffiti that's showing up all over New York and he leans on the cops hard to track down the perpetrator. All of New York is watching while Jimmy attempts to take one of New York's best known landmarks and tag it big time with Turk 182.
